A not-for-profit health services provider based in North East England has established a reputation for offering exceptional healthcare solutions to the local community.

Following growing demand for dental services, they opted to expand their offering by opening two new dental practices. 


Challenge


The biggest challenge the business faced was securing funding to equip the new dental practices without impacting cash flow.


Dental equipment and fit outs are expensive, and an outright purchase can strain a company’s finances, particularly a not-for-profit business.


Solution


The company approached us to explore funding options that would allow them to manage the costs effectively. They worked closely with Ed Dhenin, Area Sales Manager, to tailor a finance solution that met their specific needs.


After detailed discussions, we proposed a Hire Purchase agreement for the full amount required, covering the full cost of equipment, and meaning no upfront deposit was required.


The repayment plan was structured over a two-year period, which spread the cost and preserved their cash flow.

Outcome


The agreement resulted in our customer successfully equipping their two new dental practices, all while keeping their cash flow intact.


This deal clearly demonstrates how tailored finance solutions can support businesses on their growth journey - with a more comprehensive service offering, the business today better serves their local community.
