Challenge

Our customer owns two veterinary practices in the South of England. This independent, full-service practice has built a solid reputation for offering compassionate and modern care to small animals.

With summer on the horizon, the practice owners identified the need for air conditioning units to keep their patients (and hardworking staff) comfortable. To fund these units, they were looking for a suitable finance option in the region of £20,000.

Solution

To help manage this large expense, the practice owner contacted Braemar Finance. With our appetite to support SMEs across the UK and Ireland, we were able to offer our customer an unsecured Business Loan, specifically tailored to help spread the cost over a period that suited the customer.

Result

The loan was broken down into manageable monthly payments, which meant the small animal practice was able to maintain their cash flow and ensuring they could continue to provide top-notch care without financial strain.

Additionally, the new air conditioning units meant that both staff and animals could stay cool and comfortable during the hot summer months, enhancing the overall experience for everyone.

Steve Forsyth, Area Sales Manager for Braemar Finance, commented: “It’s been a pleasure working with the Veterinary practice to provide a straightforward, effective solution that helped solve their challenge. By spreading the cost, the practice could focus on what they do best.”
