Financing Vehicle Fleet Upgrade for a Farm Animal Vets Practice
Challenge
Our customer, a well-established farm animal veterinary practice based in the West of England, was looking to upgrade their existing fleet, and with plans to order several vehicles - each priced around £23,000 - they needed a financial solution to effectively manage the cost.
Solution
Having successfully funded equipment and vehicles through us in the past, they turned to us for assistance. Our local Area Sales Manager, Ed Dhenin, carefully evaluated the deal and devised a comprehensive solution that worked for them.
Working closely with the customer, Ed structured a tailor-made Hire Purchase agreement for each vehicle over a 60-month term. This arrangement allowed the customer to spread the cost over time while gaining ownership of the vehicles at the end of the term.
Recognising the importance of delivery dates, we provided flexible drawdowns dates which allowed the customer to align their cash flow with the arrival of each vehicle.
Result
Thanks to our tailor-made solution, the customer successfully upgraded their entire fleet. The flexible drawdown dates were matched to their operational needs, ensuring a seamless transition of the fleet (from old to new) and the Hire Purchase agreement provided a manageable repayment schedule.
