Dental practice secures critical business assets with tailor-made finance

The Customer

ARK Dental, a West London Dental Practice located in Hammersmith, has been serving the local community for many years, offering a wide range of dental services, from general dentistry to more advanced treatments like dental implants and cosmetic procedures.

Challenge

The business has established an excellent reputation; however, their infrastructure was beginning to show signs of age. To keep up with its high standards, the business needed to replace a dental chair and give the practice a revamp.

With parts no longer available for the 24-year-old chair and dentists unable to use it, it was essential to quickly secure funding for a new one to prevent disruption to their services.

Solution

After working closely with Braemar Finance for their equipment purchases over the last 20 years, ARK Dental approached Area Sales Manager, Earl Kirosingh, to agree a finance solution that worked for them.

For the purchase of the new dental chair, Earl worked with Principal Dentist, Dr Greg Gasiorowski, and proposed a tailor-made Hire Purchase agreement with payments spread over 60 months.

In addition, Braemar Finance arranged a £27k Business Loan, also with a repayment term of 60 months to cover the cost of refurbishing the practice and other essential equipment, including IT infrastructure.

Outcome

Thanks to the quick decision-making from Braemar Finance, the new dental chair was quickly installed, meaning there was minimal interruption to patient care. The upgrades made to the practice enhanced efficiency and provided a more welcoming environment, improving their patients’ experience.
