As the UK faces the uncertainty and impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), you may be concerned about being affected financially. We understand this and we're here to support you. Our specialist teams are monitoring and adapting to the changing circumstances.

We are committed to supporting all our customers through this difficult period. Please review the information below carefully to understand the best way to get support and the best time to make contact.

Help with your payments

We understand that you may face financial difficulty and struggle to make payments as a result of the outbreak. We have put a range of measures in place to support you during this difficult time.

    I've missed a payment

    We recognise that these are difficult times for everyone so don't panic. We will automatically send you a letter notifying you of the missed payment and we will attempt to take the payment again, within 5 working days.

    If we're unable to take the payment after the second attempt you can make payment direct to Braemar Finance by one of the following options:

    DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENT 

    By phone on 01563 897213 during normal business hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday -Friday.

    Online by visiting our website https://www.braemarfinance.co.uk/make-payment

    BANK TRANSFER

    To pay by bank transfer/bill payment, please quote your Braemar Finance agreement number as the reference number and pay to sort code 30-00-02, account number 03132108

    If you're not going to be able to make the payment or you require additional financial support beyond the support listed above, please contact us to discuss options on 01563 897213.

    I'm going to miss my next payment

    Call us to speak with a specialist in our collections team on 01563 897213.  They are here to support you and discuss your current situation.

    Don't forget when you call us it would be helpful to have your agreement number to hand, you must also be the account holder or be authorised on the account.

    I'm worried I might miss a payment in the future

    We understand you are worried about future payments, please be assured we are doing everything we can for our customers to ensure they are supported through this tough time, especially where they have payments due very soon.
